Sarah-Joy Lewis

Sarah-Joy Lewis is Head of LGR & Transformation at Local Partnerships

Sarah-Joy works with Welsh Government and Local Government and has previous experience working internationally. She is a key member of our transformation team supporting organisations plan for and deliver change, working across the transformation lifecycle, as well as toolkits and resources for the sector. Her work has also included delivering Climate Strategies, providing support to the Welsh Government’s Energy Division and delivering projects to build the commercial capacity of the public sector.

Sarah-Joy began her career working in local authority homelessness, and has since worked in local authority commercialisation roles, and has supported the development of local authority trading companies. Sarah-Joy is Chair of Fairplace Homes, a registered provider of Social Housing.
