Prisoners Building Homes (PBH) is seeking an experienced Commercial & Procurement Lead to provide senior commercial, quantity surveying, cost and procurement leadership across our national programme.

This is a broad and influential role combining the expertise of a senior construction commercial professional/Quantity Surveyor with strategic procurement leadership. You’ll help establish robust commercial controls, provide cost and viability advice, shape procurement strategies, lead tendering and negotiation and provide commercial oversight throughout the development and delivery lifecycle.

We’re looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery – providing credible commercial challenge while helping colleagues and partners find workable solutions. Strong construction cost, procurement, contract and supplier-management experience will be important, alongside an understanding of value for money and public-sector governance.

You’ll join a growing, purpose-led programme and have the opportunity to shape PBH’s commercial approach as we develop the next phase of delivery.
