Are you a hands-on housing development professional who enjoys turning opportunities into deliverable projects?

Prisoners Building Homes (PBH) is recruiting a Development Manager to help progress housing sites through feasibility, due diligence, design, planning, approvals and procurement readiness.

Working closely with the Development Lead, you’ll take day-to-day ownership of an allocated portfolio of sites, coordinate professional advisers and partners, maintain momentum and tackle the issues that can prevent schemes progressing.

We’re looking for someone with practical residential development experience who understands the development lifecycle and is comfortable managing several projects simultaneously. You’ll need to be organised, commercially aware and solutions-focused, with the confidence to work effectively with local authorities, consultants, landowners and delivery partners.

You’ll be joining PBH at an exciting stage of its development, with the opportunity to make a visible contribution to a growing national programme combining housing delivery with meaningful social impact.
