The CPO Forum promotes open discussion and provides an opportunity to share challenges and solutions in a collaborative and supportive environment.
This lunchtime virtual forum will bring together senior procurement leaders from across English local government to discuss the practical realities of LGR and the critical role procurement can play during the early stages of transition. The session will provide an opportunity to hear directly from councils that have already navigated reorganisation, share experiences with peers facing similar challenges, and explore how procurement can help shape successful outcomes from the outset.
Local Partnerships work closely with councils across England to support local government reorganisation and wider transformation programmes. Drawing on extensive sector experience, they will share practical insights into the challenges and opportunities presented by LGR, helping procurement leaders understand the key considerations, priorities and actions required in the early stages of the process.
