Transformation in Pendle
Through the Local Government Association Sector Support Improvement programme, funded by the UK government, Local Partnerships is currently supporting 19 transformation projects with local authorities across England.
These diverse initiatives span everything from customer services transformation to town centre regeneration, involving local authorities from the north to the south of the country. These projects have entailed close and swift collaboration with Council leadership teams to bring about impactful change.

Continuing transformation
Furthermore, Local Partnerships has helped organise workshops and seminars for knowledge-sharing, promoting collaborative learning among participating councils. This sharing of best practices has enabled councils to tackle various challenges efficiently. The ongoing support from Local Partnerships continues after the implementation phase, ensuring the success and longevity of each project. Local Partnerships transformation work supports local government as they consider how to make their services fit for the future.
