What are the do’s and don’ts of a successful transformation programme?
In this free transformation programmewebinar on Thursday 16 January, we will draw on our experiences working with authorities at all stages of their transformation journey, to provide best practice and lessons learned.
We’ll share the key elements that we’ve seen make transformation a success, as well as common pitfalls to avoid. There will also be a chance for Q&A and discussion to share your experiences with peers.
