Local Partnerships awarded TIDE Award!

We’re proud to announce that Local Partnerships LLP has been recognised at the 2025 TIDE (Talent, Inclusion, Diversity & Equality) Awards, receiving an award from the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei).

The TIDE Awards celebrate organisations across the UK that are making measurable progress in diversity, equality, and inclusion, with recognition given across a robust framework of best practice.

This award reflects the progress we’re making on our journey to build a more inclusive, supportive, and diverse workplace. While there is always more to do, this milestone acknowledges the commitment of our people and leadership to driving positive change.

Bridget Goddard-Birkett, HR Director, said:

A huge thank you to our EDI team and to everyone across the organisation who champions inclusion every day – this award is a testament to you.

We are especially proud to continue building on our earlier success: in 2023, Local Partnerships was highly commended at the ENEI Awards in the category of Progressive, Agile and Flexible Working Practices.
