Adele Gritten Named Most Influential CEO 2026: Public Sector Transformation – UK 

Adele Gritten, Chief Executive of Local Partnerships, has been awarded Most Influential CEO 2026: Public Sector Transformation – UK by CEO Monthly, recognising her outstanding leadership and transformative impact across the organisation and wider public sector. 

Since joining Local Partnerships in 2022, Adele has led a period of significant cultural and operational transformation. Under her leadership, the organisation has strengthened its role as a trusted partner to the public sector, delivering value and efficacy for the public purse while embedding a more inclusive and high-performing culture. 

Adele’s leadership approach combines strategic clarity with empathy, ensuring that organisational progress goes hand in hand with colleague wellbeing and development. This balance has supported consistent year-on-year income growth while enhancing the ability to deliver impactful outcomes across the public sector. 

One of Adele’s most notable achievements has been addressing historic inequalities. In just a few years, she has successfully reversed a gender pay gap from 13% to –0.54%, marking a significant milestone in building a more equitable workplace and reinforcing her commitment to inclusive talent development.
