Local Partnerships has launched a Preliminary Market Engagement exercise to explore how additional expertise, technology and delivery capacity could support the continued growth of Prisoners Building Homes (PBH).

As the programme grows, there is an opportunity to strengthen the expertise, systems and delivery infrastructure around the existing PBH team. The aim is to help PBH work more efficiently, respond flexibly to a growing pipeline of opportunities and support more housing projects, while retaining its leadership of the programme and its client relationships.

We are interested in ideas that could help PBH assess and prioritise opportunities more efficiently, streamline workflows and improve multidisciplinary coordination and programme reporting.

The exercise will also consider how additional professional capacity could support projects from feasibility and planning through to procurement and construction.
