Local Partnerships is proud to receive a Silver Award in this year’s TIDE (Talent Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation) Awards.
Run by Onvero, the UK-based not-for-profit organisation formerly known as enei (the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion), the awards celebrate organisations that demonstrate a commitment to improving diversity and inclusion.
TIDE is a diversity, equality and inclusion self-assessment tool developed by Onvero that benchmarks organisations across 10 key areas, including inclusive recruitment, leadership, employee voice, wellbeing and belonging. The Silver Award reflects Local Partnerships’ ongoing commitment to building an inclusive workplace for all employees.
“For us, inclusion is about much more than policies and processes; it’s about creating a culture where people feel valued, respected and able to be themselves at work” says Bridget Goddard Birkett, Director of HR at Local Partnerships.
“This recognition is a great reflection of the progress we’re making, while also reminding us that creating a truly inclusive workplace is an ongoing journey. We’re committed to continuing that journey and making sure inclusion remains at the heart of our values and people strategy.”
