In 2020, Local Partnerships set a target to achieve a 50:50 gender balance by 2024. Studies show gender diverse organisations are 15% more likely to outperform others and organisations with more female leaders are also proven to be more profitable. In October 2022 we were proud to reach our goal of gender parity across the company.
Bridget Goddard- Birkett, HR Manager at Local Partnerships said of this achievement, ‘I’m very proud to say that today, with a 50/50 split, we have complete sexual equality across the company, and gender parity with equal contributions from women and men at all levels of the business. Our gender responsive policies ensure that the needs of all citizens, women and men, are equally addressed.’
We celebrate everyone who works for Local Partnerships and we are very proud of the whole team.
