Bridget brings over ten years’ post-qualification experience across the public and private sectors. As a Chartered Architect and Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), Bridget provides expert guidance to local authorities on housing investment, development, placemaking and the delivery of complex, strategically significant programmes.
Prior to joining Local Partnerships, Bridget held senior leadership roles in local government, where she established and led housing investment teams, secured external funding through Homes England and government programmes, and delivered multi-agency projects including brownfield remediation and decarbonisation initiatives.
Bridget brings together expertise in development, commercial strategy, and public sector governance. She has successfully supported elected members through robust business cases and formal decision-making processes. With experience spanning the full project lifecycle, from inception and business case development through to delivery, Bridget has a proven record of ensuring compliance, quality, and value for money.
