Local Partnerships is the exclusive custodian of the new Re:fit 5 National Carbon and Energy Performance Contracting Framework for contracting authorities outside Greater London.
The framework gives contracting authorities a quick and flexible route to procure a contracting partner to deliver estate-wide energy efficiency and decarbonisation improvements, with contractually guaranteed outcomes.
