The inaugural Operational PPP Summit takes place on 9-10 December in Leeds.
It will include clinics, panels and roundtables designed to facilitate conversations about
how to improve the operational management of PPPs and PFIs. Topics include managing variations, understanding data and how to ensure your contract is compliant, hand back and future services and managing relationships.
The Summit has now sold out but there are
exclusive public sector places available.
Although most sessions will bring together the public and private sector, the summit starts with a public sector only hub where you have the opportunity of discussing topics directly related to your projects and your team.
Attendees are also invited to attend the Operational PPP Awards, taking place on the night of the 9 December. This is an opportunity of celebrating the operational projects that have demonstrated collaborative working and innovation.
