Richard Clewer is the Conservative group leader of Wiltshire Council (and former Council Leader) and has held cabinet roles in Housing, Climate Change, Economic Development, and Health & Wellbeing.
He has also chaired the Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Partnership and serves as Co-President of UK100, championing local climate action.
