CRM and Contracts Manager
Emma Lam joined Local Partnerships in June 2021. Her key role is to identify future capacity and capability needs and allocate appropriate resources and expertise to client projects. She also oversees other aspects related to resourcing and compliance.
Emma has worked across the breadth of resource planning disciplines and supported operational leadership in a range of industries, including communications, banking, energy, outsourcing and social care. She has extensive experience of working alongside senior management and programme teams. She also has a strong background in data analytics and strategic modelling.
