Hattie Parke
Head of Propositions
Hattie Parke joined Local Partnerships in April 2023 and is Head of Propositions.
She supports Local Authorities to deliver improvements in resource efficiency and move towards a circular economy, in addition to providing strategic advice to Defra.
Hattie has extensive experience in delivering expert advice to both public and private sector organisations, with an analytical approach to understanding policies and market impacts, and an ability to see the big picture. This has included supporting on wastes and resources infrastructure and services procurement, strategy development, contract reviews and market assessments and due diligence.
Hattie is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Wastes Management (FCIWM).
