James Dunbar

James Dunbar has a breadth of experience proving commercial advice within the areas of economic development, governance, finance, corporate capability and capacity, and infrastructure in both the APAC and EMEA regions. 

James spent several years working as an Economist advising both public and private sector clients in Australia, before working as a Project Officer for the Adelaide City Council in their City Growth and Investment team.  Since this time, James has held roles within the technology consulting sector, before joining Local Partnerships in 2019 as an Analyst.

Since joining Local Partnerships, James has worked on several high profile projects, including governance reviews, businesses cases, green energy development, and market research.  James has considerable modelling experience and has supported many projects by providing financial modelling and analysis during his time at Local Partnerships.
