John Enright joined Local Partnerships in 2011 and is a Director.
He is also Defra Transactor for eight major waste infrastructure projects and London and South-east Regional Coordinator.
John leads on several joint working initiatives across the country, developing options appraisals and business cases to identify potential savings for authorities wishing to explore joint working. He is also project director for Local Partnerships regional case studies programme, which has identified over £100 million in savings across eight regions.
Prior to this, he was seconded to Defra’s Waste Infrastructure Programme (WIP), scrutinising projects as part of its £3.2 billion PFI programme.
Previously, John was an award winning Services Manager for the London Borough of Camden, before joining the private sector.
