Olly Mangiapane joined Local Partnerships having spent 16 years working for Pinsent Masons as a lawyer within their projects team.
He has worked predominantly on complex PPP and PFI contracts acting for both the public and private sectors, but also advises in relation to outsourcing and partnership arrangements with a particular emphasis on public sector mandates.
