Poppy Gibson
Poppy Gibson joined Local Partnerships in September 2025 as an experienced project manager with a strong background in both local and central government across England and Wales.
Before joining Local Partnerships, Poppy worked in the Rural Affairs Department at the Welsh Government, where she led the design and delivery of the Sustainable Farming Scheme — a high-profile, strategic priority for the government.
She also brings experience in international talent sourcing on behalf of the NHS and has managed a range of other initiatives, including the Contract Management Pioneer Programme, supported by the Crown Commercial Service.
Poppy holds both a BA and a Master’s degree in Human Geography from Royal Holloway, University of London. She is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and has completed the Better Business Case Foundation course.
