As a chartered Town Planner, Simon Bandy has experience in regeneration, development and infrastructure delivery.
Over the past 25 years he has worked for Local Partnerships, the Homes and Communities Agency, English Partnerships and Ashford Borough Council. Simon has been responsible for many Government projects and programmes including transport schemes, the Growth Areas Programme, Affordable Housing programme and Communities Infrastructure Fund. He has project managed the acquisition and delivery of a large number of development sites and associated transport infrastructure (the majority being former hospital and defence sites). Simon has been leading Local Partnerships work with LEPs.
