Steph Everett is a Director of Regeneration at Local Partnerships, leading place-based strategy, advice and partnerships that unlock and accelerate delivery, investment and growth.
As a Chartered Planner (MRTPI), she has over 25 years’ experience in planning, design, housing and transport planning; driving forward growth and renewal in town centres and neighbourhoods, particularly in complex urban areas.
Her experience is drawn from roles in local authorities, Homes England, a Registered Provider and consultancies, creating full life-cycle expertise from vision to delivery and a practical understanding of how strategy, funding and viability interact. She has significant experience in leading multi-disciplinary masterplanning and spatial plans, alongside creating business cases for funding, and setting up key partnerships, including for Bristol Temple Quarter and Greater Manchester Combined Authority.
She thrives in solving problems, removing barriers and helping stakeholders align around clear solutions. Alongside her delivery roles, Steph also contributes to wider sector thinking, insight and leadership through advisory and board positions. She holds master’s degrees in planning and transport, is an APM Business Case Practitioner and is appointed as a national Design Council Expert.
