Head of Legal
Teresa Oliviere, a solicitor with over 15 years post qualified experience, is Local Partnerships’ Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary.
In addition to providing corporate legal support, Teresa supports the delivery of our projects, specifically in relation to procurement issues. She has supported central government clients, such as DEFRA, and local authorities.
Teresa trained and qualified at Nabarro LLP where she advised public and private sector bodies on all aspects of procurement, contracting and public administrative law.
