Vic Camp

Vic Camp joined Local Partnerships in 2022, initially supporting the Welsh Government Energy Service in delivering energy efficiency, renewable energy and infrastructure projects across the South West of Wales.

Since then, she has transitioned into the Commercial and Place team, where she works with governments and local authorities on complex change and transformation initiatives.

With a strong focus on discovery and client engagement, Vic’s favourite aspect of her role is understanding what motivates her clients and tailoring support to help them realise their goals. Her work spans a broad range of areas, including rural affairs, energy transition, climate change, renewable energy development, tourism, local authority commercialisation, grounds maintenance, waste, passenger transport and procurement.

Prior to joining Local Partnerships, Vic held transformation roles within Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Essex and Chelmsford local authorities. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade at BNY Mellon in the Corporate Legal department, leading programmes related to change and transformation – a consistent thread throughout her professional journey.

Vic holds a Law degree, an ILM Level 7 qualification in Leading People Through Change, and a Black Belt in Six Sigma. She recently completed a postgraduate module in Managing Radical Uncertainty with Open Learn. Her diverse experience and qualifications give her a wide-ranging toolkit for supporting clients with transformational change and navigating complex challenges across sectors.
