We are seeking a home based events coordinator and digital content producer

We are hiring and are currently looking for a home based Events coordinator and digital content producer to join our expanding Marcomms team.

Local Partnerships LLP actively speaks at various events throughout the year, such as the LGA Conference, UKREiiF, LARAC Wales Conference 2024, and EMEX London Conference 2024 and many more.

We participate in these events to provide expert advice, between local and central government, enabling public services to thrive.

Excitingly, we are expanding our Marcomms team and are seeking a home based events coordinator to support our team whilst attending these events, as well as helping with a variety of other tasks, such as digital webinars, internal staff meetings and away days. This is a newly created role in the Local Partnerships Marcomms team who have responsibility for building awareness, understanding and engagement that supports the organisation’s strategic objectives and its contribution to transforming the public sector.

Listen as our Marcomms Director, Caroline Hampden-White and Communications Officer, Ruby Ellis talk about the role.

We look forward to receiving your application and please reach out with any questions.

Local Partnerships delivers value and efficacy for the public purse. As a key interface between local and central government, we provide expert advice and practical resources alongside project and programme delivery support, enabling public services to thrive.

Whether supporting and accelerating the delivery of major infrastructure, tackling climate challenges through waste efficiency and renewable energy propositions through to wider place-making initiatives, we help transform services across the public sector ecosystem.

At Local Partnerships, we highly value our team of professionals. We all have a passion for helping the public sector. We strengthen the public sector by helping to deliver projects and change at the local level, ensuring key priorities are delivered and clients secure excellent value for money.

If you’re interested in joining our team and contributing to this important work, we want to hear from you.

As Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for project management of the Local Partnerships events programme including attendance at third party (external) conferences, awards, webinars, in-person presentations; and staff events including all team meetings and the annual away day.

The role will require exceptional communication skills, both in person and on digital channels as you work in close collaboration with the Marcomms team, internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and event partners.
