This webinar will show how to take “no regrets” actions such as building a shared view of data. Data session “How to Guide”
Wednesday 11 February, 10am-11:15am
This session builds on Session 2, once councils have had time to use the templates. We’ll look at data gathering from a PMO perspective, discuss common challenges that have emerged across councils and explore ways of building a shared data picture before decisions are announced. This will include a panel‑style Q&A, reflecting questions and themes raised by the LGR Delivery Network.
