Hazel Nickless joined Local Partnerships from private practice as a lawyer, specialising in large public sector infrastructure projects in 2008.
Hazel retired but came back in 2002 because she just loves her job! She appreciates the opportunity to work along side our public sector clients, using her past experience to help them scope, procure, deliver and get the best out of complicated infrastructure projects.
