Gina Barsan
Assistant Director
Gina Barsan joined Local Partnerships as Project Manager in November 2021.
She has over 15 years’ experience within the renewable sector, previously working for two major renewable energy developers.
She was involved in the development of multiple projects (solar PV, wind, gas generation, battery storage, EV charging) from site selection, through development, consenting, construction and operation.
Gina is experienced in the identification of development opportunities, producing site appraisals, preparation and submission of grid applications and direct liaison with district network operators and Ofgem.
