In response to the need to improve commercial capability and capacity in councils, Local Partnerships has launched a free Commercial Toolkit, intended to take you through a structured and robust approach to considering commercial activity.
It can be used as the basis of a complete commercial review or dipped into to provide guidance on a specific issue.
