Explore components are most effective when used together through facilitated workshops supported by our Facilitation Pack. The pack aims to guide facilitators through the application of the Explore framework to design and deliver collaborative, high-quality workshops.

The Facilitation Pack materials have been designed to be flexible and modular so that organisations and facilitators can create a tailored Explore Conversation for each place scenario – whether it is a single, small-scale workshop, or an extended stakeholder engagement across a series of events. The Facilitation Pack includes the following resources:

• a straightforward process to guide for creating and hosting an Explore Conversation;
• illustrative examples of workshops based on pilots; and
• workable exercise templates for printing and use with online whiteboards in workshop settings.

To request the support of a facilitator who is trained to deliver workshops using the Facilitation Pack, and can tailor Explore Conversations to the context of your place and planning goals, please get in touch.
