CIWM Resource Conference Cymru 2024

CIWM Resource Conference Cymru 2024

At the CIWM Resource Conference Cymru 2024 on Wednesday 13 March, I, Jane Cherrington, will be hosting a workshop on how to develop a good strategy for your organisation.

Having a strong and user-friendly strategy can provide a clear vision and direction for your organisation. It helps you focus on your core goals, as well as provide the building blocks for allocating resources and future proofing your journey of change in tackling the climate crisis.

Andy Gore and I will be guiding you through the various steps to map out a strong strategic vision. We will pass on learning on how to negotiate the hurdles you face as well as providing advice on how to build and present your strategy to get the maximum impact.

Local Partnerships will be exhibiting at the CIWM Resource Conference Cymru 2024

Want to know more about the work we do across Wales and the UK or have specific topic you would like to talk to use about? Then come and say hello to the team!

The Climate team will also be on hand throughout the day to talk to you about the changing circular economy and policy landscape in Wales. We will be showcasing some of the positive work with have carried out within the Public Sector to add value and drive the climate change agenda.
