The Operational PPP Summit – public sector places available
Join us in Leeds on 9-10 December for the inaugural Operational PPP Summit, an exclusive event designed to advance the public sector’s role in managing and evolving PPPs and PFIs.
The summit is sold out, but limited places are reserved for the public sector.
The event will include clinics, panels and roundtables designed to facilitate conversations about how to improve the operational management of PPPs and PFIs. Topics include managing variations, understanding data and how to ensure your contract is compliant, hand back and future services and managing relationships.
Although most sessions will bring together the public and private sector, the summit starts with a public sector only hub where you have the opportunity to discuss topics directly related to your projects and your team.
Attendees are also invited to attend the Operational PPP Awards, taking place on the night of the 9 December. This is an opportunity to celebrate the operational projects that have demonstrated collaborative working and innovation.
