Webinar terms of use and good conduct

By registering for or attending a Local Partnerships webinar, you agree to the following terms of use and standards of conduct. These are designed to ensure a respectful, safe and engaging environment for everyone taking part.

1. Eligibility and registration

Our webinars are primarily intended for public sector organisations, including local authorities, central government departments, and public bodies.

Attendance by individuals from other sectors may be permitted at Local Partnerships’ discretion.

Local Partnerships reserves the right to decline or remove participation at any time, without obligation to provide a reason.

Registration is required to attend. Please do not share your access link with others unless the invitation specifically allows it.

2. Content and intellectual property

All content presented during the session, including slides, recordings, and chat discussions, is the intellectual property of Local Partnerships LLP.

Attendees are welcome to download slides and rewatch webinar recordings for personal reference or internal organisational use.

However, materials must not be edited, republished, or distributed publicly (including on social media or external websites) without prior written permission from Local Partnerships LLP.

Where content is shared internally, it should be attributed to Local Partnerships LLP as the original source.

3. Recording and privacy

Webinars are recorded for quality, training or promotional purposes.

By joining the session, you consent to the recording and understand that your name, image or voice may be captured.

If you prefer not to be recorded, you may keep your camera and microphone switched off and use the chat function instead.
