At the CIWM Resource Conference Cymru 2024 on Wednesday 13 March, I, Jane Cherrington, will be hosting a workshop on how to develop a good strategy for your organisation.
Having a strong and user-friendly strategy can provide a clear vision and direction for your organisation. It helps you focus on your core goals, as well as provide the building blocks for allocating resources and future proofing your journey of change in tackling the climate crisis.
Andy Gore and I will be guiding you through the various steps to map out a strong strategic vision. We will pass on learning on how to negotiate the hurdles you face as well as providing advice on how to build and present your strategy to get the maximum impact.
Local Partnerships will be exhibiting at the CIWM Resource Conference Cymru 2024
