Local Partnerships launches new Practice Areas to further strengthen support for the public sector

From today (1 April), Local Partnerships has launched a new organisational structure built around 10 Practice Areas.

This marks an important step in how we support the public sector to deliver for communities across England and Wales.

This change reflects both the evolving needs of the public sector and the increasingly complex environment in which they are operating.

Statement from Adele Gritten, Chief Executive: 

“I am proud to announce the launch of our new Practice Areas, a bold evolution in how we organise our expertise to better serve the public sector.

“We know that these are challenging times. Public bodies are navigating financial pressures, rising demand, and the need to deliver long-term transformation at pace. Against this backdrop, the role of a trusted, delivery focused partner has never been more important.

“Local Partnerships has always been grounded in delivery. We work alongside our partners to turn policy into practice, supporting them not just to plan, but to implement, deliver, and achieve real outcomes for communities. Our new structure builds on that foundation.

“From today, our work will be delivered through the following 10 Practice Areas:

• Regeneration led by Linda Raynor 
• Complex Contracting led by Lee Hannan
• Environment led by Tom Fourcade 
• Impact and Propositions led by Hattie Parke

“By bringing together our capabilities into these dedicated Practice Areas, we are sharpening our focus, strengthening our expertise, and ensuring we are even better positioned to respond to the priorities of the public sector. This structure enables us to provide more targeted, joined up support where it matters most.
