This webinar will focus on the transition processes that new LAs and their constituent authorities will go through during Local Government Reorganisation. For each stage the roles and responsibilities to be discharged will be outlined, as well as how to organise for them. Stages covered will include the move from individual organisational governance structures through to establishing implementation boards, on to transition authorities right through to establishment of new councils.  

The principles are transferable, whether you’re a council going through Local Government Reorganisation, or even establishing a joint committee.
Audience: Executive leaders of Councils (e.g. CEs and Directors) and Senior Politicians, Implementation/Programme Board Members.
