Emma Bull

Emma Bull has been at Local Partnerships since 2016 and worked across a variety of projects and programme areas.

Emma has been part of the climate and energy team for the last three years, drawing on her previous experience working at an energy supplier, managing a large portfolio of customers. She is currently working with local authorities, on their various projects in response to the climate emergency, focusing on both mitigation and adaptation actions. This includes supporting councils to review their carbon emissions and action plans on their journey to net-zero, as well as facilitating workshops that bring all service areas together to facilitate discussion on climate adaptation, emissions reporting and embedding behaviour change.

Emma also has an MSc in Sport and Performance Psychology, and a keen interest in maximising performance.
