Georges Estephane

Georges Estephane is a Project Manager at Local Partnerships, supporting councils and public sector organisations to deliver Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) and transformation programmes. Having been with Local Partnerships for four years, he works collaboratively with local authorities, sector partners and stakeholders to support programme delivery, improvement initiatives and organisational change.

Georges played a key role in the development of the Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) Toolkit published by the Local Government Association (LGA), helping to create practical guidance and resources for councils navigating reorganisation. He has also contributed to major public sector projects for the Welsh Government, including work supporting the Public Sector Broadband Aggregation (PSBA) programme, which provides critical digital infrastructure across Wales.

With undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Economics, Georges has a strong foundation in research, analysis and evidence-based decision-making. His work is underpinned by a keen interest in continuous improvement, data-driven insights and effective programme delivery, enabling him to support complex projects and contribute to positive outcomes for public sector organisations.

Alongside his role, Georges is currently working towards his Association for Project Management (APM) qualification and studying for a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, further developing his expertise in project management, process improvement and organisational transformation.
