Keri Wilkins

Keri Wilkins joined Local Partnerships in 2025 as an Assistant Director in the Commercial and Place team specialising in procurement, contract management, PFI contract management, service transformation and review.

Keri has worked in the public sector as a lead on corporate procurement strategies, procurement service planning, procurement function improvement at council, regional and national levels and procurement delivery.

Keri’s expertise is in stakeholder management, improvement planning and delivery, project management, procurement and contract management.

Keri has provided a service transformation lead and contract management expertise on a local authority PFI schools group. Keri worked at North Yorkshire Council overseeing a review of the PFI contract; developing improved governance structures, improved performance and leading on exit planning.

Keri is passionate about supporting councils to deliver.  She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply and an APM Associate.
