Lewis Haines joined Local Partnerships in 2025 as Assistant Director, working in the Commercial and Place business unit. Lewis supports on some of our large programmes, including the Contact Management Pioneer Programme (CMPP) and the Council Housing Building Support Service (CHoSS).
In his previous role Lewis was a Head of Practice at Collaborate CIC, a social consultancy focused on Systems Change and Place-based working, Lewis led their Learning practise, working with his clients to design, develop and embed continuous improvement and iterative design approaches. Prior to that, Lewis worked in national charities Lewis and has deep experience in social research, impact analysis and evaluation with expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methods, alongside novel data collection methodologies.
Lewis holds a masters in Theoretical Physics and a PgCert in Leadership and Management: Housing and Homelessness.
